INFORMA has the following quality, information security and environmental certifications to guarantee the excellence of its activity.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 on quality management is the main world-wide recognition standard with over a million certificates issued. It belongs to the ISO 9000 family standards on quality management systems and it helps organizations to meet the expectations and needs of their customers and manage quality in all processes. INFORMA was the first company of its sector in Europe in obtaining the AENOR Quality Certificate according to the ISO 9002 standard dated 21 July 2000. 

In 2018, INFORMA adapted its integrated system to the new 2015 versions of the quality management ISO 9001 standards.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted environmental management standard that provides a guide to reduce environmental impact. INFORMA was the first Spanish company in obtaining in 2012 the global environmental ISO 14001 standard certification. 

In 2018, INFORMA adapted its integrated system to the new 2015 versions of the environmental management ISO 14001 standards.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). The standard is formed by physical, legal, technical and organizational measures. 

With this certification, INFORMA provides a guarantee to its customers about its Security good practices with respect to confidentiality, integrity, availability and legality of the information managed. INFORMA has been awarded with the ISO 27001 from 2019 and was the first company from the sector in Spain in obtaining it.


INFORMA has been rated AA by the InbonisRating agency. INBONISRATING is the first credit rating agency specialised in SMEs, registered and supervised by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).



The CeroCO₂ seal is promoted by the NGO ECODES (Ecology and Development) and has the aim of reducing the impact of companies on climate, calculating and reducing their carbon footprint and thus contributing to the fight against climate change.

The CeroCO₂ seal represents a commitment to climate and the fight against poverty as the most part of the compensation projects is located in developing countries. 

Through this program INFORMA demonstrates its commitment to sustainability 100% of its CO2 emissions since 2015.
